The unit quickly attracting interest proved 'the high street isn’t dead'

The buyer owns more than one business and it is not yet known which one will be coming to Rickmansworth or when it will open. However, work setting up fittings has already started so it might not be a long wait to find out.

When its site was put on the market, Nolans shared an announcement that it was moving to a new location within the town’s high street., had its rent set at £26,500 a year. Perry Holt Property Consultants said the property quickly attracted a lot of interest, proving"the high street isn’t dead" in Rickmansworth.

There have been several businesses going on the market around the town centre recently, but the estate agents added that they have largely proved popular and resulted from leases ending or personal circumstances for owners rather than financial struggles.
