During his arrival speech on Saturday, Marcos said the Philippine delegation sealed investment deals in key sectors, such as healthcare, hotel and restaurant, and maintenance and operations, among others.
“These agreements are expected to generate more than $4.2 billion and an additional 220,000 jobs for Filipinos over the next few years,” he said. Marcos was in Saudi Arabia for the Association of Southeast Asian Nations-Gulf Cooperation Council Summit.The president said his administration will “continue to expand our partnerships abroad.”
