The decline in operating profit was largely due to a one-off €22 million impact of installing the new software system, the company said

Drinks company C&C recorded a 43 per cent drop in operating profit in the six months to the end of August 2023 due largely to issues with implementing a new ERP system, the company said.

Operating profit of €30.5 million was down €22.8 million on the same period last year, principally driven by a one-off €22 million impact of installing the new software system, the group said in a results statement on Thursday.
