She started becoming more consistent about exercising and praying first thing in the morning — before cracking open her laptop. The benefits were immense, both personally and for the company. “Exercising allowed me to unload the physical weight of each exhausting day, while prayer helped me to release stress and find the energy to stay positive and be open to new ways to improve my business.”
