Officers remain on scene in the Gallowgate after a man was found unresponsive. Police Scotland are currently treating the death as unexplained with enquiries ongoing.

The age of the man is currently unknown. Officers are treating the death as unexplained with enquiries ongoing. A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 1.50pm on Wednesday, 12 June, 2024, police were called to a report of a man found unresponsive in the Gallowgate area of Glasgow.“The death is being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing.”
