Agents say the land has much potential

A sprawling site between two retail parks on the outskirts of Nottingham has gone on the market - with offers sought from developers. The site, located off the A612 Daleside Road, between Sneinton, Colwick and Lady Bay, has been cleared but agents marketing the site say it has great potential.

Innes England set a deadline for prospective developers to make offers for the site by Friday, October 18. The agents say the site has much potential, subject to the buyers seeking and obtaining relevant planning permission. A statement in the marketing material for the site reads: "The Island Quarter, a 36‐acre urban regeneration site is close by, where a development for 693 students is the latest phase to open."Nottingham Forest, Notts County, Trent Bridge, and Nottingham Rugby Grounds are all less than a mile away."

The site, between the Eastpoint and Lady Bay retail parks - each home to a variety of businesses - previously gained planning permission for industrial warehouse use.
