The Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents says there are thousands of illegal real estate agents and businesses across the country.
KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents has thanked the police and the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers for a recent raid on the premises of a cooperative allegedly conducting real estate agency business illegally.The institute looked forward to Boveap taking stringent measures as there were thousands of such illegal real estate agents and businesses across the country.
MIEA has launched its own public awareness campaign called #MYREALAGENT to educate the public on the dangers of using illegal brokers.
hope those registered agent/s do it well and earn a decent living, not sapu ALL.
Of course... so the real estate agents can inflate the price as they wish
