I don't think we do have rights as young South Africans though , you graduate and stay at home for decades. You get harassed you go report to the police station, they interrogate you like you the criminal. Nah so far haven't seen no rights.HumanRightsDay
Funny that when it comes to these vaccines, our basic human rights are sidelined. E.G. To not be subjected to medical or scientific experiment without informed consent (section 12, 2c). But when it comes to voting and what benefits the gov, rights are important. Okay, we get it!
The right to be treated with dignity.humility.respect is enshrined and in the Bill of rights chapter. These rights are violated every day by fellow South Africans as we see on the news every day. Only we can enforce the BOR as a nation.
