“We hire adults. We treat them like adults, and we expect them to act like adults. I don’t need to ensure that you are clocking in at this hour or clocking out at this hour,” Baxter said in an interview with. “As long as you are getting the work done in those previously five days in four days, that's what matters.”

Baxter said things are looking good, but they want to keep watching the customer metrics and company numbers over the long term to ensure that it’s trending in the right direction — and so far it is.
