This week the Government will unveil its intergenerational report, outlining the challenges facing the economy over the next 40 years as Australia's population ages. Today, the Business Council of Australia has released its roadmap to boost growth and productivity to economically cope with an aging population.

Jennifer Westacott is the Business Council of Australia chief executive, and she speaks to 7.30’s Sarah Ferguson.
