Kildean Business Park in Stirling is being touted as the ideal location for the new headquarters of the Government-backed GB Energy.

Great British Energy is a planned British governmental investment body and publicly owned energy generation company that was announced as part of the Labour Party’s election manifesto plans for energyThe proposed body would invest in renewable energy and own, manage and operate clean power projects.

“It is conveniently located immediately adjacent to junction 10 of the M9 and provides direct access to the motorway“It is just 35 minutes away from Glasgow and Edinburgh and also easily accessible to Scotland’s two international airports. Being delivered by Stirling Development Agency , Kildean Business Park is a 50/50 joint venture partnership between Stirling Council and real estate investor and fund manager, Cromwell Property Group.
