Accepting the Company of the Year Honor for best private company was Dôen, cofounded by sisters Margaret and Katherine Kleveland. The brand has seen 40 percent growth year over year and is on track to do $100 million in sales in 2025.“It’s really so exciting for us to be here in New York. Accepting the new Jewelry Brand of the Year Honor for Boucheron was Philippe Galtié, president of Boucheron Americas. Owned by Kering, Boucheron has been pushing new boundaries and recently opened a new flagship on Madison Avenue and has plans for new stores in Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Miami.
“When I asked Mickey to give me the award, I was quite nervous, because I still remember the days working for Mickey, almost 15 years ago when I was at J. Crew,” said Snyder. Recalling Drexler’s public address system at J. Crew, Snyder said, “He called me up constantly. ‘Snyder, get up here. I have an idea.’ Mickey was an incredible inspiration for me, and I’ve learned so much from him… When he asked me to be the head of J. Crew men’s that was a dream come true.
