The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) filed on Thursday criminal charges against five corporations for alleged failure to file returns and refusal to settle tax debts totaling to almost P83 million.

This brought to 496 the number of tax evasion cases filed by Revenue Commissioner Caesar Dulay since he assumed the BIR post in 2016.

The Property Forum Philippines Corporation of Sierra Madre St., Mandaluyong City, Tranz Global Call Center Corporation of Ortigas Center, Pasig City and Unlimited Kitchen Foodservice Corporation of Barangay Kapitolyo, Pasig City.
