Chris Retzler's strategy of investing in vital tech components made investors a lot of money in 2019, and it's still standing out during the chaos of 2020.fund has high concentrations of chipmakers and designers in the lesser-known parts of the technology space. "We continue to emphasize in our portfolio those companies that have exposure to the work-from-anywhere environment," he said in an exclusive interview. "Communication and infrastructure and security are all themes that we have invested in, and have become more overweight in, because we think those secular trends are firmly in place."
