Now we're back to having around nine staff on so it's getting better," owner David Hausknecht said.For Deloraine salmon farm, 41 South Tasmania, the pandemic had been like a "guillotine" to the business's bottom line, owner Ben Pyka said.While supermarkets are still selling Mr Pyka's salmon, he said the farm relied heavily on interstate tourists.
