Malaysia's commitment to be a carbon-neutral country as early as 2050 has the potential to attract foreign investment and show the country's commitment to tackling climate change, said Environment and Water Minister Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man.
In a statement today, he said low-carbon investment and green technology would be able to support the country’s sustainable development agenda, as well as promote Malaysia as a green investment hub.

Carbon neutral commitment is about what we owe to our future generations, to the world we live in. To attract investments, work on being bersih, cekap dan amanah. Investors abhor corruption, mediocrity and lack of accountability and integrity.
When you destroy and plundered all the jungle and forest under your administrartion it will be carbon positive.
