Two bartenders have turned their own creation into a successful business. Friends Andy Oyeneyin, 38, from Toxteth, and Seamus Sullivan, 26, from West Derby are managing directors of Zest, a Liverpool-based limoncello brand. The pair met when they were both working as cocktail bartenders in Miyagi, an Allerton restaurant that closed in 2019 .
