Go Hub secures Bursa Malaysia's approval for listing on ACE Market

KUALA LUMPUR: Go Hub Capital Bhd has got the green light from Bursa Malaysia to list on the ACE Market following a planned initial public offering of 107.17 million shares.

This IPO does not involve an offer for sale and placement to Bumiputera investors approved by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry as the operating company, NSS IT Solution Sdn Bhd, has MSC Malaysia Status . Go Hub focuses on providing tailored IT solutions with an established track record in the bus and rail segments.
