Heard on the Street: The once-lucrative aerospace aftermarket industry might not recover from this crisis as quickly as it did from the last one

Last week, German airline giant Lufthansa announced that it would decommission its entire Airbus A340-600 fleet, which amounts to 17 jets.

Their only hope is that senatemajldr & realDonaldTrump were stuck with enough stock that couldn’t be illegally dumped after they were briefed on the virus. Perhaps then they will bail them out.

I beg to differ, the planes parked during the lockdown, will need more maintenance & repairs, helping the aerospace aftermarkets get back up on its feet.
