Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto lead the turnover of tablet computers and laptops for students and teachers of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Pasig on Wednesday.
“Ang pera na inilaan natin para sa edukasyon, hindi po ‘yan gastos. Hindi po gastos ang bawat piso na ginagamit natin para sa edukasyon, para sa mga mag-aaral natin ,” he added. Under this new setup, students would not have to be physically present inside their classrooms to learn, but they would rather receive their lessons through printed modules, online learning, and other platforms.
