We hope to continue providing the best opportunity for vendors with different products who would, in turn, cater for the needs of our numerous customers.As a company, we have been able to achieve a lot in the space of a year in spite of the COVID-19 pandemic.
It is no longer news that running a start-up business in Nigeria is a herculean task. We have faced daunting challenges ranging from logistics to disappointment from customers and getting more vendors. There was a time one of our dispatch riders called a customer that he was on his way to deliver an order and they both agreed on where to meet. But, when he got to the agreed place, the customer refused to pick his call. To reduce issues like this, we had to disable the pay-on-delivery option on our website.
