If home building stocks need historic low interest rates to maintain, it is an unsustainable business model. People built and purchased existing houses with interest rates 3-4x as high in the past. These ARE extremely low rates.

Such a strong economy! So strong, that even 5% mortgage rates are shocking the hell out of the housing market. So strong!
