It has everything to do with MOH since MOH claimed the software and all in it is under MOH while the lawsuit revealed that it isn't. How lah? Are they lying in court?

Hi Khairykj we are not talking about the data. The data is ours and what they wil return to you is raw data. We are talking about customised work and source code for the last 2 years which should belong to govt in a normal IT agreement- which we dont have cause takde agmt
