Police say the defence lawyer in the Senzo Meyiwa murder case will appear in the Hillbrow Magistrate’s Court in Johannesburg on Friday morning. Advocate Malesela Teffo was arrested on Thursday following proceedings in the North Gauteng High Court in Pretoria.Advocate Teffo was handcuffed and taken to high court cells.He was representing four of the accused in the Senzo Meyiwa trial.on Thursday that his previous warrant of arrest had been cancelled and that he was frustrated because police used a fraudulent warrant to arrest him.
