Geoff Bailey, the company’s chief executive, said the firm has already held talks with a number of potential acquisition targets in the US, but has yet to find the right fit.
“We carried out a pretty detailed market entry study for the US last year, and we came to the conclusion we’d have to go the acquisition route to gain market entry rather than simply planting a flag in the ground and trying to expand organically,” Bailey told the Business Post.
