The report stresses a return-to-the-office should not be a mandate. Instead, the office should serve as a magnet to naturally draw workers back in for important reasons.
"We can work hybrid, but everybody be in the office on Wednesdays," she said."So you know everybody's going to be there, and those are going to be your collaboration days versus days you might focus on more concentrated work." In fact, 35% of respondents said nothing has happened to the employees for not coming into the office as much as requested.
