Bulacan Governor Daniel R. Fernando received the award from President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. who was the guest of honor and speaker at the gathering of thousands of local and foreign business leaders.

Bulacan’s commendable efforts in adopting and instituting innovative and best practices in good governance in partnership with the private sector were once again recognized as it was conferred the Most Business-Friendly LGU Award-Province Level during the 48th Philippine Business Conference and Expo held at the historic Manila Hotel in Manila on Thursday, Oct. 20.

“These awards signify your efforts to make your communities faster-growing, more progressive, more economically agile, and in the face of our new global post-pandemic economy,” the president said. “Ang mga ganitong uri ng parangal ay nagpapatunay na tinatahak natin ang tamang landas tungo sa tagumpay. Paalala ito para sa amin na lalong magpursige upang ibigay ang pinakamataas na uri ng serbisyo-publiko sa aming mga kalalawigan,” ,” he said.
