Rent prices along the Wasatch Front jumped by 11% annually between 2020 and 2022, according to September 2022 data from the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute. By comparison, rental rates climbed 2.6% annually between 2010 and 2020.

Cheaper rent
As long as there are politicians in office who are affiliated with making money from renters ( like Cullimore ), things won't change. These cutthroat politicians \\ lawyers go after the lowest income. There are no negotiations for them, just how much money.
