At one time I would only buy Citgo. I try to buy only Citgo cause I know it went to those social programs under Chavez. Now not sure.
This is why dependency on fossil fuels will continue to be a disadvantage. This dependency contributes towards further dependency on FOREIGN OIL. Kowtowing to oil industry is detrimental to the US adapting grand scale clean energy programs.
