Shares of Ford were down in off-hours trading after the automaker withdrew its guidance for the year, citing the impact of the United Auto Workers strike.
The move came as Ford said it swung to profit in the third quarter. Its shares were down 3.6% in after-market trading, after closing down 1.7%. More on Ford's results here.
