Mbeki commits to campaign for ANC via SABCNewsOnline

File Image: Former President Thabo Mbeki says he is available to help the ruling party win the electionscommitted himself to campaign for the African National Congress during next year’s municipal elections. This is the second time Mbeki was invited by the party provincial leadership to address the organisation’s gathering in the province since he stepped down as President in 2008.The former President says he is available to help the ruling party win the elections.

“I’m the member of the ANC, in South Africa, not in KZN and therefore I will be able to assist the ANC everywhere including in KZN. Indeed the last local government election in which I participated, when I was still in the leadership of the ANC, was in KZN in 2006. My last operation was here in KZN, so it wouldn’t be wrong to come back again for the local government elections,” says Mbeki.

I love Mbeki! So good to hear this bit of news .

He really HATED Jacob Zuma

Mbeki campaigning that the status quo stays the same for the political elite and their families to enrich themselves while the people on the ground get sold dreams and the funders keep making their money...1 day the ANC will be obsolete ...

I so miss Mr Bheki

He is the former President of ANC and always do the right think.

Campaigning for white MINORITY. ANC currently is for WHITE MINORITY.

Africa's news leader.Former President Thabo Mbeki has joined South Africans in condemning utterances made by former deputy president F.W. de Klerk when he said he did not fully agree that apartheid was a crime against humanity. De Klerk has lost relevance in relation to modern day politics,he should just shave his head and find a hole to crawl into for good. He never condemned Honestly De Clerk saying what he said in that interview he has been reckless. U can't say such after so much pain has been caused by his people
