The property commentator gave Sky News an update of auction results across the capital cities in the nation, with 2,466 auctions being held and plenty of up-beat activity on show. "Clearance rates are at 77.7 per cent on a combined capital city weighted average," Mr Brogan said. "In Sydney we had just over 900 auctions with a clearance rate of 81 and a half per cent," he said.
