A pensioner missed the chance to say goodbye to her partner who was dying from the coronavirus when blunders by her telecoms provider resulted in her phone line being cut off.
Stopping telecoms disconnection should be one of the basic responses to a pandemic. Esp. for elderly in isolation.
No mobile then. Pity the family didn't think of that. These things happen and it is wrong but I am sure they could have helped. But hey not our fault.
