'He didn't deserve to die over $20': George Floyd's brother calls for justice in a House Judiciary hearing

Philonise Floyd, who has taken a public facing role since the death of his brother in police custody, told members of Congress that they can no longer wait to make policing reforms."I'm here to ask you to make it stop. Stop the pain. Stop us from being tired. George called for help and he was ignored. Please listen to the call I'm making to you now, to the calls of our family and the calls ringing out in the streets across the world.

"He didn't deserve to die over $20. I'm asking you, is that what a black man's life is worth?" Floyd said. Philonise's voice projected through the hall, occasionally wavering when recalling George's death.

Who is saying he deserved to die for $20?

Lots of people are killed that didn’t deserve it in a country with 330,000,000 people. The media focuses on this story to create division. Pure propaganda.
