A local ballot that proposes taxing companies on their highest-earning executives is headed for a November vote.
Most small businesses will be exempted, as businesses must earn at least $1.17 million in gross receipts annually to qualify, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.
Will this apply to the San Francisco 49ers? If the amount they pay their highest paid and valuable players versus the median of all incomes for all employees that are part of the organization? How about non-profits! Their leader vs. median pay of all employees & volunteers?

How about a drop in pay for all in your state administration also ?
