Downing Street is facing growing anger from staff at the Department for International Development, some of whom accuse it of exploiting the Covid-19 pandemic by pushing through the merger with the Foreign Office.
Aw bless. So those cushy simple servants now have to work for a living instead of just handing out the dosh. What a shame it's called draining the swamp. If you don't like it then get a job where you actually do some work.
Are their jobs safe? How is this going to work? How long is it going to take? They’re saying it’ll be done by September but that’s 11 weeks away and the government doesn’t move quick. - Try being a Non Essential Worker/business who’s already waited 11+wks without answers? 🤷🏻♂️

It was obvious last autumn that if BoJo and his gang were elected, they were offering a radical “ drain the swamp” US / alt right option. Nobody should be surprised at brexit, Whitehall chain saws, rowing back on equality, benefits and brutal immigration laws.
