Turnaround executive Lynn Tilton is suing troubled small businesses she once ran, seeking more than $30 million

Through affiliates, Ms. Tilton has filed lawsuits in New York against metal refiner Libertas Copper LLC, employment agency Snelling Holdings LLC, shower-curtain maker Glenoit Universal Ltd., game-controller maker FSAR Holdings Inc.

and 11 other companies that she had managed for years.

You mean the 'poet' LynnTilton, malarkey she's the people's CEO. What part of her career doesn't say she is here for the little guy?

Two observations: 1. From this description she was very badly miscast in her role. 2. I'm fascinated by the idea of a company that labels itself a shower-curtain maker. Did they never consider diversifying? Oh wait, see 1.
