After postponement and cancellations, the beloved beauty-industry show will go on — online.

, her beloved industry event's future was up in the air like so much loose powder. Although The Makeup Show usually happens several times a year, its Houston-based March gathering had been postponed until August. And since then, a decision was made to hold off on a Houston show until 2021. But that doesn't mean The Makeup Show isn't happening at all before summer is through.

From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST on September 13 and 15, attendees with have the opportunity to check out brands, learn new techniques from celebrity makeup artists, and get trend and business insights from industry experts over the course of 35 educational sessions — some live, some pre-recorded. Just as with an in-person Makeup Show, there will be "main stage" presentations with some of the most recognizable talents, like Danessa Myricks, Damone Roberts, and James Vincent.

Attendees with also be able to attend live brand demos and video chats with owners and representatives from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. both days; however, ticket holders will be able to shop these brands — including Pacifica, Kevyn Aucoin, Bioderma, Stila, and Anastasia Beverly Hills — throughout the entire span of the two-day event.
