Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's death hands Donald Trump his third U.S. Supreme Court pick. The anti-regulation bias could last a generation. That may be good for companies – less so their employees and customers, writes GinaChon.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a liberal-leaning judge on the U.S. Supreme Court, died on Sept. 18, giving President Donald Trump the opportunity to make his third appointment to the court since taking office in 2017.

Trump, who is up for re-election on Nov. 3, already appointed two conservatives, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, to lifetime posts on the court. Supreme Court appointments require majority approval by the Senate.

GinaChon NO. Rolling over NOT an option. Our government has been ruled by precedent. Mitch McConnell, while Obama was president, didn’t allow his Supreme Court Justice nomination “because it was the last year before a new president would be sworn in.” That is the precedent to follow now.

Reuters GinaChon Companies/Entrepreneurs create employees. The majority of world's youths need jods.

Reuters GinaChon Not good for anybody as ecological collapse over takes us all sooner rather than later.
