Payroll processor Automatic Data Processing Inc. has relied upon a dashboard that offers a regularly updated view of who’s willing to come in and who’d prefer to stay home.

maggieNYT Very little reason or need for workers to go back to an office. It’s going to take an act of god to get on an elevator in a timely manner, go to the bathroom, go to lunch. A bunch of wasted time. To say nothing of sitting at your desk w a mask on.
Why? Why force employees into a closed space with high risk of spreading/getting a virus with no cure? Offices are obsolete, covid19 just made it more evident.
This is easy. Office workers return when the pandemic is over.

Aside from certain industries that require onsite operators. Nobody needs to be in offices anymore. Future is wfh and traffic free.👍🏼
