Marcus Lemonis is reportedly worth half a billion dollars, but the big-time businessman will have to come off of a few million of those bucks if a former Pennsylvania company gets its way in court.

They allege that Lemonis took control of a third of the company’s shares, and began making decisions without making an agreed upon $270,000 initial investment. And, they said, that he pushed them into remodeling two Camping World locations — Lemonis is the chief executive of Camping World — at a loss. They also claimed that producers “told them they were ‘boring’ and pushed staff for details about the relationship between the brothers, who were portrayed as incompetent.

The story said three other companies who were involved with “The Profit” have also previously filed defamation and fraud claims.
