Today Show presenter Richard Wilkins has secured the sale of his second Mosman investment apartment at $925,000., set on the ground floor of the mid-1960s block Tremaine.Nicola Dale and Richard Wilkins. The other two-bedroom apartments fetched $820,000 and $900,000.
The sale marks an exit from Mosman for Wilkins, who sold a 1965 Moruben Rd apartment earlier this year at $1.01 million, with its investor buyer putting it up for $650 a week rent. Wilkins retains two investment properties in Cremorne, aside from his longtime home, which was bought for just over $2 million in 2004.
