With this new generation, they have a lot of options. They're entering a really amazing talent market. We would prioritize people we met at career fairs and people we met physically on campus versus people who maybe found us. It was unfortunately a biased way of how we went about it. Today, we have really removed that bias. I was surprised at how much they appreciated the opportunity to get together and to do things in person.
It’s about being really patient, and understanding that they're coming from a world where they did a couple of years of schooling in front of their computers and maybe at home. Every generation seems to have its own unique set of traits. What will be some unique traits about Gen Z that jumped out as they continue to emerge in the workplace?
