Adding to Morrison Homes’ sweeping wins in the single-family home categories, Calgary builder group Homes by Avi won the $350,000 to $375,000 category, and was also recognized for Innovative Product or Service for the AviHome Cloud. Trico Homes earned the award for $425,000 to $475,000. Meanwhile, seven Edmonton and central Alberta builders dominated the higher-priced categories, including Vicky’s Homes in the $1 million to $1.5 million category.

Both Edmonton and Calgary renovators shared the icing on the cake for the seven renovation award categories, with Ultimate Renovations garnering two awards, one for Bathroom Renovation and the other for Kitchen Renovation Over $100,000, while Van Manna Homes walked away with Kitchen Renovation under $100,000 for its stunning navy blue and white kitchen renovation in Lake Bonavista.
