2SP Partners, a growing firm with a very Texas origin story, recently acquired an office asset near TCU and is looking to transform the property. Members of the firm dove into plans for University Centre I, their portfolio and their unique beginnings.

“We’ve got a full accounting team, we have our construction team, we have a property management group that manages all the properties,” Poulson said. “It’s kind of morphed into a real company.” Prior to the 2SP Partners acquisition, University Centre I had gone under contract to several groups. Poulson called the broker representing the seller and said 2SP Partners would be interested if it ever became available.
