Cesar Pina, a longtime business partner of popular radio host DJ Envy, has been arrested and charged with stealing millions of dollars from investors in a alleged Ponzi scheme. DJ Envy has not been charged and maintains his innocence.

Cesar Pina, a longtime business partner of popular radio host DJ Envy, has been hit with a federal wire fraud charge.

"Pina exploited celebrity status and social media to develop a devoted following of potential victims," Sellinger added in a statement. "Promising returns that were too good to be true, Pina allegedly defrauded dozens of people of millions of dollars. "Envy, however, has not been charged.
