Every month, about 1-2 million client transactions happen through RPA and internally, it helps identify missing details, which aids employees in troubleshooting data faster and working on tasks more efficiently. For our clients, RPA can help manage daily activities for their employees, creating efficiencies to save time and money.

We have seen continued growth with our AI, machine learning, and augmented reality technologies that help optimize our clients’ workflows and IT spending and make their employees more productive in the evolving workplace. Technological change today is as slow as it will ever be and ensuring your clients are ready for that change is paramount.

There will always be a need for print, and we’ll continue to be the best partner for managed print services, but there's also a great opportunity for Xerox to offer solutions that support digital transformation journeys in the hybrid workplace. The world has continued to double down on the hybrid workplace, and companies have evolved their priorities and technology strategies accordingly.
