Tuesday, Venter told the Commission that he was asked by Bosasa CEO Gavin Watson to make a payment to President Cyril Ramaphosa’s son’s foundation.legal fees.

“I was instructed to pay the R500 000 – part of the R3-million payment which was received to EFT into an Absa bank account. Gavin Watson mentioned that the payment is towards Andile Ramaphosa’s foundation.”
