How Ogilvy plays to win in the ever-evolving advertising industry paid Smartsheet

Ogilvy is known for creating some of the most innovative and iconic media campaigns, for some of the world’s leading brands, since its founding in 1948. Staying on top of the rapidly evolving ad industry takes constant effort; Ogilvy not only needs to continually adapt to new technologies and changing audience expectations, it also needs to bring its clients along for the ride.

With more media assets to create and deliver, McCutchin and her team needed a collaborative work management tool to help them work more quickly and efficiently, and to keep hundreds of assets and dozens of people organized. They chose theplatform to track the media assets that go into client projects, enabling them to see at a glance the status of every detail — and deliver on time.

“There’s a level of calmness now that we didn’t have before this schedule was completed; that’s really important for this team,” McCutchin says. “Before, we never knew what was around the corner, but now using Smartsheet we’re all planning for the same thing and we all have the same line of sight to it. Who wouldn’t want the ‘Smartsheet calm’ in their life?”
