PORTLAND, Maine — Representatives for a Maine company that plans to send small satellites into space from the Northeast's most rural state said they will start launches next year.

A technical glitch at the New York Stock Exchange Monday morning led to trading being halted on 40 stocks due to inaccuracies around their share prices, most notably Berkshire Hathaway's class A shares were incorrectly displayed as having plunged 99.9%.
